Covid – 19 Health Precautions.

For the safety and wellbeing of our passengers and drivers, our drivers preform the following precautions and actions:

  • Maintaining social distancing protocols
  • The use of hand sanitizers, available for all passengers and drivers.
  • Protective masks for our drivers and staff following NSW/Qld COVID-19 government guidelines.
  • Regular anti- viral cleaning to be undertaken for our cars, inside and out after every transfer. 

Bookings and Reservations

  • Prices quoted by Byron Private Driver include airport parking and toll ways but exclude GST.
  • If passengers choose to pay buy credit card, there will be a surcharge fee of 2% Visa, MasterCard and 3% American express.
  • No extra charge for the use of child and infant seats. 


  • 100% non refundable fee applies for any cancelation within 12 hours of your transfer, that also applies when guests don’t turn up for their ride (no shows).
  • Cancelations 24-12 hours before transfer, 50% of the booking fee to be retained.
  • Cancellations 24-48 hours before transfer, 20% of the booking to be retained.
  • Cancelations 48 hours and longer before the transfer, the full fee will be refunded less a $15 administration and handling fee. 

Airport Pickups

  • Passengers are advised to allow sufficient time travel to their destination. Byron Private Driver does not take any responsibility to any unforeseen delays that may happen on the journey to the destination that may result in the missing of flights, appointments etc.
  • For all international arrivals, 45 minutes waiting time after the plane has landed has been allowed by Byron Private Driver. Passengers will incur a $20 plus GST fee for every 15 minutes over the waiting time allowed for your flight.
  • For all domestic arrivals, 35 minutes waiting time has been allowed after arrival of the flight. Passengers will incur a $20 plus GST for every 15 minutes over the waiting time allowed for your flight.

  • Guests are to advise Byron Private Driver of any excess luggage prior to the transport day.

Damage done to Vehicles 

  • Any passengers causing any soil or damage to our vehicles, be that to the interior or exterior of the vehicle, they will incur all cleaning and or repair bills


Byron Private Driver reserves the right to cancel any job. We also reserve the right to refuse the ride of any passenger who appears to be unruly, excessively inebriated or violent. 

If our driver refuses the ride, 100% cancellation fee applies.

Once any payment is paid to Byron Private Driver it's understood by the passenger and Byron Private Driver that they agree to these terms and conditions.
